As the CEO of Arise Innovations, I specialize in reverse-engineering fundability for science-driven startups. My proprietary 4x4 matrix approach (TETRA™) challenges the conventional lean startup playbook by starting with physics, not personas.
Working from first principles, I help ventures design business logic around what is technically and scientifically possible - and align that with a long-term capital strategy that includes grants, strategic partnerships, and equity where needed.
With a background in science and business management, I bring both scientific fluency and commercialization logic to the table. I’ve supported 140+ startups across quantum, AI, biotech, materials, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing - and helped secure over €85M in funding across strategic capital - asset monetization, grants & equity deals.
My mission is to build a new category of science-first venture building - one where science is not forced into business frameworks that weren’t built for it.
I actively mentor within several leading programs and incubators across Europe and Asia, act as a strategic advisor to both founders and investors who are ready to challenge the status quo.
