The Narratives Uncensored podcast is where we discuss topics that often don't get discussed openly.

• How underrepresented founders are actually building ventures in ecosystems that weren't designed to recognise them.

• How to engineer visibility when traditional pathways assume you don't belong.

This isn't diversity porn. You won't hear polished origin stories or "how I overcame adversity" narratives that flatten real structural barriers into individual resilience.

It's a series of conversations about the choices you're making between authenticity and access, the systems you're building or breaking to make space for what comes next, and the infrastructure that's actually missing when people talk about supporting diverse founders.

I'm looking for founders from underrepresented backgrounds who are building science and technology ventures and are willing to candidly discuss the work of visibility.

I do not want the sanitised version, but the strategic decisions you're making about how to be seen and taken seriously without performing for gatekeepers.

I want to talk to organisations and ecosystem builders who are doing more than just performative DEIB, the ones that are actually challenging how credibility is constructed and recognised.

I'm also after researchers and practitioners working on narrative equity, representation without tokenisation, or what it means to build authority when the system wasn't built to value you.

We'll discuss the infrastructure you're creating or demanding so the next generation doesn't face the same impossible choices. The vision you're building and how you're making yourself visible across ecosystems.
