As we scale our operations, we're looking for an ambitious sales development professional to drive new customer acquisition and build our outbound pipeline.
Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on outreach using AI-powered tools and multi-channel engagement strategies. You'll work directly with our leadership and sales team to generate qualified opportunities and contribute to our rapid growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation

Research and identify target accounts in priority verticals (AI companies, data analytics, e-commerce, marketing tech, web scraping, affiliate networks).

Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and refine targeting strategies based on market feedback.

Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in the proxy and data infrastructure space
Outbound Engagement & Qualification

Execute multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter).

Craft personalized, value-driven messages using AI personalization tools at scale.

Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand their needs and pain points.

Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework).

Book qualified meetings and hand off SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) to Account Executives with comprehensive briefings

Continuously experiment with new AI tools and automation workflows to improve prospecting efficiency.
Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track and report on key metrics (outbound touches, response rates, meetings booked, SQL conversion).

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

Provide feedback on pricing, positioning, and product-market fit based on prospect conversations
Requirements
Experience & Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience in sales).

1-3 years of experience in outbound SDR, BDR, or lead generation roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling outreach messages
Technical & Tool Proficiency

Familiarity with sales tools (Pipedrive, Apollo, Snov.io...) or strong willingness to learn.

Experience with sales automation and sequencing tools.

Comfort with multi-channel outreach beyond traditional email (LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, X).

Basic understanding of technical products, APIs, and B2B infrastructure solutions is a plus.

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance
Languages

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

German proficiency is highly valued for engaging with DACH market prospects

Location
