Coolar

Coolar's first product is an electricity-independent refrigerator for lifesaving medicines and vaccines, that is driven by solar hot water instead of electricity and can therefore vastly improve access to basic medicines and subsequent healthcare services in places, where >1 bn people worldwide still have to rely on health facilities with insufficient electricity.

Coolar is the first to industrialise this water-based cooling technology and brought it into series production with an India-based group of companies.

Now the Coolar is also expanding into mobile cold boxes and energy efficient air conditioning systems based on the same technology.
