DriveGuard Systems is a student-led deep-tech startup committed to redefining road safety through intelligent and accessible mobility solutions. Founded by Sankalp Upadhyay, a student entrepreneur from a tier-3 city in India, the organization is driven by the belief that life-saving technology should not be a privilege, but a standard — across every vehicle, everywhere.

At DriveGuard, we combine hardware innovation with intelligent software to develop advanced in-vehicle safety systems tailored for real-world conditions. Our flagship innovations are built around enforcing proactive safety behaviors using automation, data-driven insights, and human-centered design — with a strong focus on affordability, retrofit-compatibility, and social impact.

In recognition of its innovation and impact, DriveGuard Systems was recently selected as one of the top 100 global startups to exhibit at the prestigious IAA MOBILITY Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany — one of the world’s largest platforms for future mobility and transportation technologies.

The startup has also been recognized and supported by leading government and startup bodies, including the Rajasthan Department of Information Technology, iStart Rajasthan, and Favcy BuilderX. DriveGuard was among the top 5 performers in the BuilderX × iStart program and emerged as the Pitch Battle Winner at Rajasthan IT Day 2025. Sankalp Upadhyay, the founder, has been awarded by Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore (DOITC Minister), Archana Singh (DOITC Secretary), and Shri Inder Pal Singh Sethi (Director, National Informatics Centre). DriveGuard has been featured in Times of India, Rajasthan Patrika, Dainik Bhaskar, and national television for its grassroots-driven innovation.
