• UCS–consulting arm that embeds AI and cloud at enterprise scale

- 12+ profitable ventures co-created (ARR range: $1M–$8M)
- 2 strategic exits (incl. mobile-first video storytelling platform, 2017)
- $10M SaaS acquisition integrated and doubled ARR in 18 months
• Portfolio revenue CAGR > 25 % for five consecutive years

1. Partnering with founders who need product + AI muscle to reach Series A/B
2. Acquiring tech SMEs in Europe & the US for roll-up and platform plays
3. Co-developing AI transformation programs with mid-market corporates
