About me

I am a human resources professional with over three years of experience driving recruitment, people operations, and employee engagement across fast-paced corporate and retail environments. Having led large-scale hiring, managed HR operations for 380+ employees, and built efficient talent pipelines that improved time-to-fill by 30%, I bring a strategic and data-driven approach to scaling teams—crucial for thriving in dynamic startup ecosystems.

My work spans HR business partnering, stakeholder management, payroll, learning and development, and CSR leadership. At PUMA India, I served as the Area People & Organisation Partner for the South region, supporting 40 stores across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, executed high-volume hiring, established strong store-level relationships, and led community-driven projects that strengthened brand culture and social impact.

With experience in both corporate structures and agile environments, I understand the balance between structure and adaptability—key to supporting diverse founding teams and high-growth startups. As a multilingual professional now based in Berlin and pursuing an MBA, I navigate global, multicultural workspaces with ease and bring a deep interest in inclusive talent strategies, community building, and sustainable innovation. Through my volunteer work and NGO collaborations, I have consistently championed diversity, well-being, and social responsibility.

At the AsiaBerlin Summit, I aim to connect with innovators, founders, and ecosystem builders who are shaping the future of work, global collaboration, and socially conscious entrepreneurship. I bring a people-first perspective, operational experience, and cross-cultural understanding to contribute meaningfully to conversations around talent, diversity, and inclusive innovation.
