I am a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SAP Labs Germany, leading SAP's largest development hub with more than 13,000 engineers across four major locations - Walldorf & Rot, Berlin/Potsdam, Dresden, and Munich. I drive the vision of "One Hub, Four Locations", leading these sites as an integrated Labs Germany in which each operates as a strong innovation cluster that strengthens and closely collaborates with the others. My responsibilities include working closely with local ecosystems - universities, startups, partners, and customers - to foster co-innovation and product differentiation, ensuring operational efficiency across all sites, and build early talent hubs at leading universities to establish a scalable hiring model and develop the next generation of SAP engineers.

Over my more than 20-year career at SAP, I have established myself as a transformation leader with a strong passion for innovation. I have successfully scaled R&D organizations worldwide - from Germany to Asia - while forging strategic partnerships with universities, startups, cloud providers, and industry leaders.
