About me

I am a Senior Innovation Manager with extensive experience developing and implementing innovation strategies, open innovation programs, and digital transformation initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have led complex corporate projects, helping strengthen corporate competitiveness through strategic roadmaps, KPI management, and structured innovation processes. My work focuses on creating and managing innovation ecosystems, collaborating with startups, venture capital firms, incubators, accelerators, and large companies to generate shared value. I have developed skills in innovation scouting, new process design, corporate venturing, and digital transformation, fostering the growth of disruptive solutions and the creation of successful partnerships. As Digital & Open Innovation Manager for the Unipol Group, I have promoted open innovation, training, and cross-sector collaboration initiatives, contributing to the creation of new business models and the identification of growth opportunities for both the Beyond Insurance ecosystem (15 companies, €2 billion in revenue, over 2,000 employees) and the Group's insurance business.
