I lead SEDES for Candra Naya Lestari, the venture builder unit of our family's 85-year agricultural machinery business in Indonesia. I've spent the last 6 years developing our model for community-based sustainable fiber production - testing locations, refining capacity building approaches, building partnerships across ASEAN.

Now I'm building its digital platform layer to scale what we've proven. We're backed by our family office plus a Japanese family office partnership for trade finance. We're not raising capital for survival - we're selectively looking for 3-5 European anchor brand partners who want verified ASEAN supplier access for garment and textile industry.
