My organisation

Rapid Venture Lab (RVL) partners with capital allocators and operators to build venture studios and growth systems. We work with family-owned SMEs, Mittelstand, and corporate venture teams worldwide. Outcomes we drive: studio setup, sharp validation, scale, and durable growth. Our services start simple and grow with you: Venture Diagnostics, focused build sprints, and Studio Architecture, with practical automation where useful. We value clear decisions, measured bets, and humility in execution. Based in Berlin, active across Europe, Asia and MENA. Open to partnerships, and co-building with shared values, and capital-backed venture building and scaling initiatives.

About me

I’m a venture builder, startup advisor, and Newton Venture Fellow with over 14 years of experience operating across Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, helping early stage ventures, VCs, and corporate innovators scale and win across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

My background spans top-tier consulting (PwC, Accenture), corporate venture building (Creative Dock), private equity advisory (Elevate Capital), and operators (Fetchr, once MENA’s #1 startup "Forbes 2017"). I’ve worked with public and private stakeholders, mentored early-stage startups globally (with UN’s AI for Good, Westerwelle Foundation, and VC4A and others), and advised on fund structures, GTM strategy, and portfolio growth.

I recently completed the Newton Venture Program (powered by LocalGlobe VC, London Business School and HSBC Innovation Banking), where I deepened my expertise in venture capital and investment strategy. I’m now focused on VC, CVC, and innovation roles that allow me to combine strategic thinking, founder empathy, and cross-market fluency.

Berlin-based. Fluent in Europe–MENA ecosystems. Excited to connect around opportunities in VC, family offices, venture studios, and high-growth startups.
