The National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTUF) is a nonpartisan research organization dedicated to promoting innovation-friendly, evidence-based public policy. Its work focuses on how regulatory and fiscal frameworks can better support entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and cross-border investment. NTUF conducts comparative policy research across the United States, Europe, and Asia, examining how governments can modernize oversight in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and financial technology without stifling innovation. Through its Technology Policy Center, NTUF engages with policymakers, industry leaders, and academic institutions worldwide to design pragmatic solutions that enhance competitiveness, transparency, and accountability in the digital economy. The Foundation’s analyses and recommendations have informed legislative and regulatory debates in Washington, Brussels, London, and beyond.
