Mustafizur Khan

Mustafizur began his career in marketing, serving as Head of Marketing at HSBC Bangladesh and later at HSBC Singapore, before venturing into the world of startups and innovation. He went on to co-found one of Dhaka’s first co-working spaces, direct a documentary on technology startups, and launch Bangladesh’s first telco-backed startup accelerator program.

As a Partner at IDLC VC Ltd, he helps manage a BDT 45 crore startup investment fund, actively supporting the growth of emerging businesses. He also serves as a board observer at iFarmer, a leading agritech company.

Today, he is the Executive Director of Intelligent Machines, an AI-first enterprise solutions company, building advanced AI and software platforms for some of the largest enterprises in Bangladesh.
