At EMIT KNOWLEDGE, we help doctors keep their calendars full by making it easier for patients to find and book care. We focus on happy paient experiences so they return with trust, while hospitals benefit from smoother operations, smarter insights, and proactive healthcare every step of the journey. Our platform PEX supports hospitals and clinics by connecting everything from online booking to invoice payments, across one or multiple locations. It helps manage both private and insurance patients while ensuring the patient journey feels simple and caring. For leadership teams, HEAD provides a clear executive dashboard that highlights trends, opportunities, and challenges in real time, so hospitals can make better decisions and improve care without delay.

About me

I'm driven by one problem I can't ignore: continuity of care.

Every day, I think about how we can detect and address illnesses before they shorten our lives, how we move from reactive healthcare to proactive care. How responsibility shifts from patients trying to remember calendars and follow-ups, to clinics and hospitals that actively manage both one-time and chronic conditions.

If a doctor tells you, "See you in six months", the hospital should call you to book and not the other way around. That belief is what pulled me into healthcare.

I'm the founder and CEO of EMIT KNOWLEDGE, where we help private hospitals and clinics solve continuity of care while increasing revenue through better patient acquisition, retention, and digital patient journeys.

I'm realistic enough to know that healthcare lives in a material world. For change to stick, it needs a business incentive. That's why we combine technology, AI, and operational know-how to build systems that don't just improve care but also help private providers operate at full capacity and position themselves in the premium segment.

When I lose track of time, I'm usually deep in:
- conversations with clients to understand real operational pain;
- testing hypotheses on how AI, automation, and process design can reduce no-shows, optimize booking, and give doctors their time back.

What gives me energy is the operational side of healthcare: online booking flows, AI call centers, scheduling, admin automation, and designing systems that quietly do the work in the background, so care stays continuous.

Some results I'm proud of:
- ~10% increase in bookings;
- ~8% reduction in cancellations and no-shows;
- patient satisfaction consistently above 4.5;
- building products like MAIKA (the first Macedonian TTS), SIGNALS (our open-source backend framework), and multiple platforms used in real production environments.
- bootstrapping and growing a product company for 12+ years;
- 19+ years in tech;

Personally, I'm known for being direct, trustworthy, and deeply invested in solving problems with no political language and clear expectations. I expect the same when collaborating.

One moment that still shapes my thinking:
I once told my doctor I'd been there "about five months ago".
It turned out my last visit was a year and three months earlier.
No reminder. No record. No continuity.

That's the gap we're closing.

If you're a private hospital leader, clinic owner, or healthcare executive thinking about continuity of care, patient growth, or turning operational excellence into sustainable revenue, we should talk.
