I am a certified trainer, coach and consultant with 15+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams across Europe and North America. My career path took me from Head of Customer Support to Customer Success, Sales and International Key Accounts, building and leading multicultural teams across 25+ nationalities.
Today I work with women first-time leaders and founders in SaaS who run Customer Success, Support and Revenue teams. I help them build high-performing, accountable teams, grow sustainable operational performance, and develop the confidence and visibility to lead with impact. I offer training, coaching and consulting in English and French, and I am based in Berlin.
