Michael Biel ist Staatssekretär für Wirtschaft in der Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Energie und Betriebe. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehört die Förderung des Berliner Startup-Ökosystems, das zu den größten und dynamischsten weltweit zählt.
